This is in reference to the porridge I made yesterday. It does go fairly solid once it has cooled but have no fear. I put some in a bowl at lunch today and poured some milk over it then nuked it in the microwave for 1min and hey presto, it was great! Not sure how it would work in a larger portion or in a pot but I would imagine if you reheated it in a pot you would need to do some serious stirring to get it all incorporated again and maybe whisk it to get rid of lumps and not let it out of your sight incase it caught at the bottom.
Yay for quinoa porridge for lunch! Or whenever!
